சிறுபான்மையினர் பட்டியலில் சமணர்கள்
சமண (ஜெயின்) மக்களை சிறுபான்மையினர் பிரிவினராக (ஓபிசி) 2014ம் ஆண்டு மத்திய அரசால் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது. தமிழக அரசும் இதனை உறுதி செய்து 2015ம் ஆண்டு “சமணர் சிறுபான்மையினர் சான்றிதழை” சமணர்களுக்கு வழங்க அறிவுறுத்தியது. இதன் மூலம் கீழ் காணும் அரசு சலுகைகள் சமணர்களுக்கு கிடைக்கும்.
1). கல்வி உதவித்தொகை
2). வங்கி கடன்.
இந்த சலுகைகளை பெற சமணர்கள் சிறுபான்மையினர் சான்றிதழை பெற வேண்டும். சான்றிதழை பெற கீழ் காணும் படிவத்தை பதிவிறக்கம் செய்து அதனை பூர்த்தி செய்து உங்கள் பகுதி தாலுக்கா அலுவலகத்தில் கொடுத்து அவர்களிடம் சான்றிதழை பெற்று கொள்ளலாம். சென்னை தவிர்த்து பிற மாவட்டங்களில் உள்ள தாலுக்கா அலுவலகங்களில் பொதுவாக பின்பற்ற கூடிய நடைமுறைகளின் மூலம் இச்சான்றிதழை பெறலாம்.
சென்னையில் பின்பற்ற வேண்டிய நடைமுறைகள் :
1) ஓபிசி சான்றிதழ்க்கான விண்ணப்பம் வாங்கி/பதிவிறக்கம் செய்து பூர்த்தி செய்தல்
2) மாதிரி சமணர் சிறுபான்மையினர் சான்றிதழ் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்து எடுத்து பூர்த்தி செய்தல்
3) விண்ணப்பத்தில் வருவாய் ஆய்வாளர் முத்திரையுடன் கூடிய கையொப்பம் பெறுதல்.
4) தாலுக்கா அலுவலக துறை அதிகாரியிடம் விண்ணப்பத்தை சமர்ப்பித்தல்
5) தாலுக்கா அலுவலக துறை அதிகாரி கூறும் நாளில் சமணர் சிறுபான்மையினர் சான்றிதழை பெற்று கொள்ளல்.
பிற மாவட்டங்களில் பின்பற்ற வேண்டிய நடைமுறைகள் :
1) ஓபிசி சான்றிதழ்க்கான விண்ணப்பம் வாங்கி/பதிவிறக்கம் செய்து பூர்த்தி செய்தல்
2) மாதிரி சமணர் சிறுபான்மையினர் சான்றிதழ் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்து எடுத்து பூர்த்தி செய்தல்
3) தாலுக்கா அலுவலகத்தில் கொடுத்து ஒப்புதல் வாங்குதல்
4) ஒப்புதல் பெற்ற விண்ணப்பத்தில் கிராம நிர்வாக அதிகாரியின் முத்திரையுடன் கூடிய கையொப்பம் பெறுதல்
5) விண்ணப்பத்தில் வருவாய் ஆய்வாளர் முத்திரையுடன் கூடிய கையொப்பம் பெறுதல்.
6) தாலுக்கா அலுவலக துறை அதிகாரியிடம் விண்ணப்பத்தை சமர்ப்பித்தல்
7) தாலுக்கா அலுவலக துறை அதிகாரி கூறும் நாளில் சமணர் சிறுபான்மையினர் சான்றிதழை பெற்று கொள்ளல்.
இந்த நடைமுறைகள் சில இடங்களில் மாறுபடலாம்.
